It was just about a year ago when I began planning a trip for my daughters graduation as well as a celebration for my mothers 90th birthday. Thinking that a cruise might engage the three different interests of the travelers...I had no idea how to proceed with planning this getaway.

Most would think that is where a travel agents involvement ends; however, when we had an issue with the cruise line on the day of our departure due to an error on the part of the cruise line, one text message to Diane resolved a matter that three visits to Client Services aboard the ship did nothing.
